Early life
Dale
Schwindaman grew up in the Washington, D.C. area. His
father,
originally from Kansas, was an administrator in the U.S.
Department of Agriculture.
His mother, an educator in a
Washington suburb, is from Mississippi. He graduated with honors
from Richard Montgomery High School, a secondary school with
a diverse student population in Rockville,
Maryland.
Law School
Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law,
Charlottesville, Virginia in 1983.
Continuing Education
Mr. Schwindaman continually attends seminars and courses to
enhance his skills and training
in the areas of immigration and
general law.
